The following charts list the 2025 cooling completion dates for our 5C bulb collection. Each year, when our 5C bulbs for tulip forcing are harvested, we ask our suppliers to begin the cooling process as soon as they can. That is a different date for each variety and each lot of bulbs. Each variety also has it’s own preferred number of cooling weeks. The dates differ each year due to differences in weather and bulb harvests. Please note, this list is ONLY applicable to our bulbs for this year. No other supplier has the same regimen. Our 5C Pre-cooled tulips should not be moved into the growing phase before the dates listed below. Click here to download these lists in spreadsheet form.
